For boarding kennel and daycare owners who are tired of booking by voicemail.
A booking link you share
Create a booking link and share it by email, text or on your website. The customer opens it, sees the times you actually have free over the next two weeks, shown in their own timezone, and picks one. They do not need an account to book.
If you have nothing free, the page says so rather than offering a time you cannot keep.
Confirmations for both of you
When a customer books, a confirmation and a calendar invite are emailed to both of you. You can make a link single-use, for example when you send it to one customer for one drop-off.
Listed where owners look
Your kennel gets a public listing in the urSynergy directory with your services, contact details and website. Adding the listing is free. urSynergy staff review every listing before it goes live, so only the real business runs it.
What urKennel does not do yet
There is no run or occupancy board, no check-in desk and no kennel-specific care record yet. urKennel is the business side of your kennel: being found, being booked, getting paid and keeping in touch.
Questions
Do my customers need an account to book?
No. They pick a time from your booking link without an account.
Is the directory listing free?
Yes. Adding your listing is free, and staff review it before it goes live.
Does urKennel track which run a dog is in?
Not yet. Run and occupancy boards and check-in are not built.
